Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact method performed on the Lagree Mega/Micro machines. It focuses on core, strength and endurance using slow, controlled movements.

I'm new. Is it beginner friendly?

Yes, all classes at CarveHouse Summer Hill are beginner friendly. Please arrive 15 minutes early for a machine orientation and tell your instructor about any injuries. New clients can start with Discover Carve: 3 classes for ฿1,500, valid for 2 weeks, one-time purchase per person.

Grip socks are mandatory for safety. Bring your own or buy them in the studio. Bring a water bottle too.
