3. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses:
- Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KQKD6GQ) to load the tools below.
- Google Analytics 4 (G-JLW8CP1RHB) for website statistics.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel for measuring and targeting ads.
- A language cookie (TranslatePress) to remember your language.
- Google Fonts, loaded from Google’s servers.
The booking pages run by Bookee / Kenko also use Google Analytics and a Meta Pixel, plus Microsoft Clarity and AWS security checks.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for two things:
- Essential cookies that make the site work, such as remembering your language (TranslatePress) and keeping the site secure. These are always on.
- Analytics and ad-measurement cookies: Google Analytics 4 tells us how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel measures our ads. Both are loaded through Google Tag Manager.
We don’t use a cookie banner at the moment. You can opt out of analytics and ad-measurement cookies at any time:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or browse in private mode.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Ad preferences, “Activity information from ad partners”).
- Or email hello@carvehouse.co and we’ll help.
Blocking these cookies won’t stop the website or bookings from working.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run CarveHouse:

| Hostinger (email hosting for hello@carvehouse.co) | Receiving and answering your emails |
Links on our site to Google Maps, Google reviews, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services. Their own privacy policies apply there.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers store data outside Thailand, for example in the USA, EU or Singapore. Where we transfer data abroad, we rely on the protections allowed by PDPA sections 28 and 29, such as the provider’s standard contractual safeguards.

7. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you can:
- ask for access to, or a copy of, your data
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it or make it anonymous
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- ask us to transfer it to another provider
- withdraw your consent at any time
To use any of these rights, email hello@carvehouse.co. We’ll reply within 30 days.
