Lagree Fundamentals

A great option for new clients who want to learn the fundamental exercises, as well as for pre/post natal or guests that find substance in simplicity. In this class the focus is on our classic moves, taught at the front of the machine where the spring tension adds extra support. 40 minutes. Beginners. Pre & Post Natal. All Levels.

Lagree

Our signature class. This full body workout on our patented Miniformer Pros is designed to improve your strength, core and endurance. With a maximum of 10 people per class, expect lots of attention. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, modifications make this class suitable for all levels. 40 minutes. All levels.

Arms & Abs

40 Minutes of just Arms & Core work – no legs required! This class is recommended for guests who’ve completed 10 or more Lagree classes and are looking for a targeted upper / lower body training split approach. 40 minutes. Prerequisite: 10+ Classes.

Booty & Legs

40 Minutes of focusing on the glutes, legs and of course, core work. This class is recommended for clients who have completed 10 or more Lagree classes and are looking for a more targeted approach. 40 minutes. Prerequisite: 10+ Classes.
