Our classes at Carve House are set in an inspiring small group setting. The Lagree Fitness Method is both high intensity and low impact and is adaptable to all fitness levels. The workout is safe, effective, efficient, and fun.

Create your Carve House Account
To get signed up download our App on your mobile phone (recommended) or create an account online. Purchase one (or all) of the New Member Trial Packs. Find your session in the schedule, click on the session and confirm your booking.
Please Arrive 15 Minutes Early
Your instructor will welcome you and give you a briefing on the workout and how to use the equipment. For your safety, a machine orientation is required before your first class. We will not be able to accept you if you come just 5 minutes before the class starts.
Grip Socks Are Required
For both safety and sanitary reasons, grip socks are required in all classes. Don’t have any? You can purchase them in studio! Athletic clothing and a water bottle are also highly recommended.

Please also inform the instructor at the start of the class if you have any injuries/pregnancies so that she/he can adapt exercises for you.
